Prepare the Package
Securely pack the cue in its original protective packaging, ensuring that all joints and tips are shielded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Your Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the cue is in original, unchalked condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
